Program Completion Requirements
- 120 hours of Theory and Laboratory
- 200 hours of clinical internship
- A passing score of 80% or better on all didactic training modules
Admission Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must submit a completed admission application
- Must provide two forms of ID with one including a photo and Social Security Number
- Must submit a Live Scan test
- Must submit a Hepatitis panel
- Must test negative for a TB test
- Must have a passing entrance exam score
